Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Affiliate applicants of MicroBusiness Solutions (which includes 855KnowNow, LLC and Tick Talk Technologies, LLC) agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this entire Agreement carefully before submitting an application for consideration as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the MicroBusiness Solutions Affiliate Program entitles you to receive a Finder’s Commission on subscriptions, memberships, services, and/or products purchased by prospects who become MicroBusiness Solutions clients by making their first purchase via your Panorama Author Page, your content (or website) page, or via your unique referral link.
Your participation in the MicroBusiness Solutions Affiliate Customer Service and Support Program is to provide exemplary service to our website visitors and clients, for which you will receive a share of Service and Support Commissions and/or Finder’s Commissions based on your interactions. You will receive a Finder’s Commission for new accounts created by our website visitors, who become our clients, by making their first purchase following your service. All client accounts that you serve will have the ability to rate their client support experience with you and will retain easy access to your Service and Support Affiliate Page from their dashboard until they choose to dismiss the link.
By submitting your application for the MicroBusiness Solutions Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and the attached Affiliate Privacy Policy, including all terms and conditions.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Affiliate Application
We operate a business-to-business service and reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Application or Affiliate account or status for any reason, at our sole and absolute discretion. Once your application is received, it will be placed under review. If your application is accepted, your status will be changed from Applicant to Pending. Only after you’ve completed the Onboarding and Requirements for Payment will your status be updated to Affiliate. Please note that you will have no legal recourse for the rejection of your Affiliate Application or the termination of your Affiliate account and/or status.
2. Commissions
Commissions are paid electronically, each business day, after a Withholding Period. For an Affiliate to receive any commissions, they must first complete (and keep updated) the Onboarding and Requirements for Payment; the link will be provided to you, via email (or method designated by you), when your Affiliate Application status changes from Applicant to Pending. Once the Onboarding and Requirements for Payment have been completed, and your Application has been accepted, your status will be updated from Pending to Affiliate. The details to access your Affiliate Dashboard and unique affiliate link will be provided in our acceptance email.
There is a limit of one Finder Commission paid to an affiliate per Client. If a prospect clicks the link on your Author page, your content page, or via your unique referral link, and they order one or multiple products or hosting packages, then you will receive the Finder Commissions generated by that account for as long as it is active. If that Client makes multiple purchases, now or during the life of their account, that Affiliate will receive the Finder’s Commission. In the event that the new customer was a Client in the past, the Finder’s Commission is paid to the original Affiliate.
Commissions for Service and Support Affiliates are as follows: (1) Service and Support Commissions are calculated based on a percentage of the client’s account total successful monthly payments for the month serviced, which is then divided equally by the number of Service and Support Agents that served this client during that period (for clients who pay annually, the annual payment for that product is divided by 12, and then divided by the number of Service and Support Affiliates). (2) In cases when the client had received service in a past subscription month, but not serviced during the entirety of the last subscription month, the last Service and Support Affiliate that offered service will receive the entire Service and Support Commission (divided by one). That Service and Support Agent will receive the full Service and Support Commission each month until another Service and Support Agent assists the client, in which case only the Service and Support Agents assisting will receive commission. (3) When you, as a Service and Support Agent provide service to our website visitor, who is not yet a client of ours, and they make a purchase from a link you provided, or from your content page, you will also receive a Finder’s Commission for this client, including future purchases made by this client’s account, in addition to the percentage of the Service and Support Commission earned.
Affiliate earnings will only be paid for transactions that have been sucessfully completed and have satisfied the withholding requirement. All transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out; if any chargeback or refunded transaction has already been paid to you, it will be deducted from your next commission payment.
